Delete your Snifr. account

Snifr., developed by FurneDesigns, lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time.

From the app (recommended)

This is the fastest way and deletes your account instantly:

1. Open Snifr. and sign in. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Tap “Delete account”. 4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account erases all of your personal information:

· Profile (name, email, bio, date of birth, photos). · Age-verification selfies. · Your dogs and their photos. · Matches, chat messages and friendships. · Walks, location history and park check-ins. · Achievements, purchase records and notification tokens.

What is kept and for how long

We keep no personal data after deletion, except:

· Copies in encrypted backups, which are purged within 30 days. · Minimal records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing), unlinked from your profile.

If you can no longer access the app

If you uninstalled Snifr. or can’t sign in, send us the request here using your account email. We’ll process it within 30 days.
