Snifr. is a community for dog owners to meet, share walks, and discover playmates for their dogs. These Terms govern your use of the Snifr. mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using Snifr., you accept these Terms.
1. Who can use Snifr.
You must be at least 16 years old. You agree that the information you provide about yourself and your dog is accurate, and that you have the right to upload any photos you post.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Snifr. to harass others, share illegal content, impersonate someone else, access another user’s account, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, profile text, and other content you post. By posting, you grant Snifr. a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content only as needed to run the service.
5. Snifr. Pro and boosts
Snifr. offers an optional subscription (Snifr. Pro) and one-time purchases (boosts). These are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow those stores’ terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel from your store account. Refunds follow the store’s policy.
6. Ending the service
You can delete your account from the app at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.
7. No warranty / liability
Snifr. is provided "as is". We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snifr. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we’ll notify you in the app. Continued use after the changes means you accept them.
